2025 Festival Map & Parking
Save, print, or screenshot the festival map to help plan your day and find your favorite spots.
Be sure to note the ticket stations, where you can buy tickets in person or use the Early Worm Lane for online pre-purchasers. There will be one re-entry point for guests who leave and return to the festival grounds.
The Kids’ Section will be set up in Tate-Evans Park, and for those on the hunt for a specific vendor, you can find the complete vendor list inside the Woolly Worm Gazette, along with stories about your favorite booths and a closer look at the town of Banner Elk.
We’re offering remote parking this year on Lees-McRae College’s South Campus!
Shuttles will begin running from the Williams Gym Lot on Saturday at 8:30 AM and continue until 5:30 PM.
As lots fill, parking will begin in order:
- Lot #1 – Williams Gym Lot (Public parking on Saturday; Avery Advantage permit parking + limited public access on Sunday)
- Lot #2 – Track Lot
- Lot #3 – Dairy Barn Field (overflow parking area)
Please note:
- The Green and Gold Lot will serve as overflow parking for vendors and volunteers.
- All parking lots are CASH ONLY. Please plan ahead and bring exact change to help keep traffic moving smoothly.
- Additional parking lots will be available throughout Banner Elk, many of which are managed by local non-profits; parking fees from these areas help support local community programs.
Pro tip: Arrive early to grab a convenient spot and enjoy a smooth, scenic shuttle ride straight to the festival!
